Do I need an architect before talking to Fellow?
No. You can start with Fellow before you have an architect, drawings, or a fully defined scope.
If you already have an architect or interior designer, Fellow can join that team. If you don’t, Fellow can help you understand what design support the project needs and connect you one of our trusted design partners.
You do not need to be “far enough along” before contacting Fellow.
How much does a whole-home renovation cost in Denver?
It depends on the house more than the square footage — existing conditions, structural work, whether you are adding space, architectural complexity, finish level, windows and millwork, mechanical systems and site conditions all drive cost.
Fellow prefers to establish a realistic financial framework early and keep cost connected to the design as it develops, rather than pricing a design that is already finished.

How long does a major home renovation take?
